Hi Scott!
Called up your web page and am delighted with it! One of the better ones I've seen.
It was a pleasure to meet you, both on VHF and the "eye ball"! If Ruthie and I "do" continue to visit Joseph, each spring, we'll certainly touch base with you. I can't think of any place "on earth" that I would rather be than Wallowa County. Heaven is, of course, first choice! Thanks again for such a great, informative, web page. Ernie - K7YGB

We love Wallowa County. As a child and teenager, My father and I spent many years hunting the area around Imnaha. My uncle was pastor of a small church in Enterprise, and my wife is a member of the large Surber family, some of whom still live in the area. We enjoy regular visits and would love to return permanently. Our dream is to, at least, enjoy retirement there. Thanks for the great site. I check it out daily and keep up with the news on the Chieftain and E. Oregonian sites.

Hello Scott!
This is an AWESOME page!
Thanks for hosting it. It's very informative. We love your area...have come up there for 1A sporting events (we are Perrydale fans), and love the whole Wallowa Valley and mountains.
I went to school in Pendleton/La Grande, and spent much time playing in a band at the (old) Joseph tavern and the Eagles Lodge in Enterprise, back in the day (early 80's). Things have seen MUCH change since then! lol...
We are looking forward to coming up to the lake over our Spring Break, and enjoy watching your site for the weather news, et al.
Great job! Wish we could live there full time!
